Stellar Kennels is a small show kennel dedicated to producing champions as well as quality companions.  We focus on conformation, temperment and genetic health.  We are AKC breeders of Merit.

Stellar Kennels is located in Guthrie, OK just outside of Oklahoma City. 

I started raising and showing dogs in the 1980's. Our first breed was Shetland Sheepdogs.  We added papillons in 2000 and Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers to our family in 2010. I am currently an AKC conformation judge.  

In 2010, I met Tawni Altom and we quickly became friends and started showing together.  She joined Stellar Kennels as my business partner shortly thereafter.  

We have shown together since that time and even handled professionally for several years.  Stellar kennels has shifted our focus more to showing and raising Tollers and pursuing judging dog shows.
We no longer raise shelties and have only a few papillons.
